We asked Denise Emery of Future Travel to find us a dream holiday. It had to be special as it was celebrating a ‘big’ birthday. We had specific and difficult dates and a very tight budget. Because it was so special to us we were not the easiest of clients – rejecting many of Denise’s elegant solutions even though she had hit our brief exactly. Denise worked so hard on our behalf; not only to find something that we would love, but also helping us to decide exactly what that would be. Her kindness and patience was reassuring and in the end she did find something very special that I am immensely looking forward to.
I would recommend you strongly to use Denise for all your travel needs, even if you know exactly what you want! As her sensible, practical yet kind approach delivers in spades!

Over the course of the last nine months, I have had the pleasure of using your services, and I have been delighted with the results. The organization, the attention to detail and the level of follow up has been outstanding. I was most impressed on two separate occasions. The first was during my summer holiday last September to Mykonos. I woke to the news of one of the largest tour providers going bust. My partner was certain that our holiday was going to be in ruins. In one phone call, I learned that indeed you had not booked through that agency as you’d heard inklings that that operator were in trouble and built a custom holiday at an affordable price just for us. It was a great trip and while our friends who travelled with us had to face the consequences, we were able to rest assured that everything was in order.
I was also incredibly pleased with the help you provided while booking my business trip to America. With multiple destinations and returns, you handled it all so smoothly and calmly (even while we made up our minds!!!). I appreciate the amount of effort you have put into these and all of the other travels you have helped me with over the last year. Denise created a dream holiday for our family. Her patience was infinite with us and her care and attention to detail excellent. When unforeseen family events overtook proceedings and created enormous problems with the holiday, Denise responded immediately with enormous empathy and worked beyond the call of duty, even on Boxing day so that we did not have to worry about any of the administative problems change incurs. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
I have been on several family holidays, a business trip and adult only ski breaks that Denise has organised and booked for us. From ski holidays to summer holidays, every last detail is taken care of. She is extremely dedicated at getting everything right from the start and is especially thorough at the early stages through finding the right holiday and the right budget and always does all the leg work if one is not sure where one wants to go, she always seems to come up with a few choices which always seem idealic!
The reason I recommend my friends and family to Denise is because of the way she arranges holidays to your personal requirements. Over the years using the high street travel agency I have found holidays to be a hit or miss affair. But I know when Denise has arranged a holiday it will be perfect! Denise has booked a few holidays for my partner and I from our dream South African get away to a budget ski weekend in Austria. She knows how to plan a fantastic trip, while providing a professional service and total piece of mind. I would highly recommend her to anyone traveling from the UK!
Denise has arranged my ski holidays for a decade. I tell her,when,where, how many for,type of accommodation,fly from etc.. Then await for her offer!
I then get the latest deal and with whom so I can contact my friends to approve. Denise then books and sends me what we want,

Pity I can not get my insurance via her (age) but the YHA suggested “Columbus direct” now will meet my needs.
I have used Denise for my holidays for 5 years now she has recently arranged my honeymoon which was superb.
