We have seen two more Travel Companies go bust, Kiss Flights and Sun4U.com, the latest to join Apartments Abroad, Monster, Sun4U, Goldtrail Holidays, Finlays Skiing Holidays and other firms that have gone into liquidation in 2010. Just how much longer can the British public be expected to continue playing Russian Roulette with their hard earned money? The CAA advised that there were some 60,000 passengers with forward bookings with Kiss Flights.

Monster Travel Shuts Down

On Thursday July 15th 2010
Monster Travel the online and call centre travel agency ceased trading, but being part of the Freedom Travel Group which is owned by The Co-operative Travel (of which I am a member), it means that all forward bookings will be honored. All clients’ holidays will continue as planned without any disruption.

Future Travel launches The Co-Operative Membership Scheme

From the 1st of July The Co-operative Membership Scheme will be available through Future Travel.

As a Personal Travel Advisor working under the Future Travel / Co-Operative umbrella I can now offer you 1 point for every £2 spent on a holiday! If you already collect CO-OP points please ensure you have your membership number to hand when booking.

If you’re not currently a member and wish to join please advise at time of booking.

All points you are eligible to receive will be allocated to your account after you depart on your holiday.
